Problems Updating HotWire

I can not download HotWire

PROBLEM: I registered to download HotWire and received the registration email with the link to download HotWire, but I keep getting sent to the registration page.

SOLUTION: You need to enable cookies in your web browser before registering.

1. Enable cookies in your internet browser. If you do not know how to do this go to google.com and search for 'enable cookies' for instructions on how to do this for your particular internet browser.
   
   
2. Once you enable cookies you must go through the HotWire download registration process again. Go here to register to download HotWire.
   
   
3. Once you register check your email and download HotWire promptly before closing your internet browser. This will ensure the internet cookie is still available in your browser to allow you to download HotWire.
