The Tekin Redline Gen3 13.5 will be used as the handout motor in the BRL’s ultra-competitive 13.5 Stock Spec Class during the 2016-17 season. The Brushless Racing League is the longest running carpet oval race series in North America. The Brushless Racing League is pleased to announce that Tekin Inc has agreed to sponsor the 2017 BRL National Finals and All Star Challenge which will be held April 7, 8 and 9, 2017 at ProLevel RC Raceway in St Louis, MO.
Tekin Inc is a leading manufacturer of motors and electronic speed controls for radio controlled racing. As part of the sponsorship agreement, Tekin Redline Gen 3 brushless motors will be used as handout motors in the BRL’s 13.5 Stock Spec class for the 2016-2017 season. The Brushless Racing League is the longest running carpet oval racing series in North America using brushless motors exclusively since its inception. Now entering its 11th season, the BRL will hold 7 events throughout the Midwest from October 2016 through the Tekin National Finals in April. Each event counts towards a season long points championship and racers who TQ or win an A Main at individual events are invited to participate in the 2017 Tekin All Star Challenge. The Challenge has a guaranteed purse of over $1200 with the winner receiving $500. Taken together with the cash payout for season points, the Tekin National Finals weekend is believed to be the richest carpet oval racing weekend in North America.
