| Sixteen year old Mackenzie Taylor of Henderson Nevada dominated and won her first national event piloting her Electric Top Fuel Funny Car at the Thunder Power West Coast Nationals this last weekend in San Bernardino CA. This is her second national event in her 1 year of RC drag racing. However, this is her first at the controls of a 3 cell funny car. Not only did she win the overall title, she also set a new National ET and MPH record. Her VegasJim Chassis, Thunder Power, Tekin RS Pro, TM Tire funny car blazed the 132ft track in 1.46 sec at 97mph. The old record was 1.518 sec at 84.1mph.
