Round 2:
Last weekened at Round 2 of the JBRL Series at Racers Haven in Bakersfield, Tekin Team Driver Nick Lasley put on a great show! Nick won Mod Truck, set TQ and Won 19t Truck, qualified 3rd and finished 2nd in Expert Stock Truck. In 2wd Modified Buggy he qualified 8th and finished 4th and in 4wd modified buggy Nick uh, umm... He just asked us not to post that info, LOL! Seems he had a rough time and broke out! Congratualations on your results, Nick! And don't worry, we won't tell the world about your painful, 4wd main :)
Round 3:
Team Driver, Nick Lasley ran 5 classes on this May 18th event. TQing 2 classes and winning 2 classes! In Expert Stock truck Nick took the TQ and in the main he had a big lead over second place but ended up breaking a rear ball stud going off of a jump half way through the race. In 19 Turn Truck Nick qualified 2nd and took the Win! In Mod Truck Nick locked up the TQ spot and also took the Mod Truck A-Main Win! In 2wd Mod Buggy he qualified 2nd and finished 4th in the main. In 4wd Mod Buggy Nick qalified in the B main, won the B main and bumped up to the A main and finished in 2nd place. Fantastic job, Nick!

Team Driver, Zack Perkins, wins Stock Truck with a time of 12 laps/6.05 minutes, using his trusty G-11 Pro and Tekin BC112A charger at Round 3 of the JBRL at the Metro RC Speedway in Bakersfield, CA. Zack also finished 5th in the Modified 4wd B-Main (being bumbed from BQ by 1 second). Zack used the Tekin R-1 Pro with 448 Redline motor combo in his Yokomo buggy.
Round 4:
The day started out good for Nick Lasley but in his words, "did not end up so well." Nick ended up taking the TQ spot in 3 events - exp Stock truck, 19 Turn truck and Mod truck. He qualified 5th overall in 4wd mod buggy and 7th overall in 2wd mod buggy. In stock truck Nick ended up finishing 2nd. He ended up placing 8th in 19T Truck after breaking late in the race. In mod truck Nick placed 6th after breaking late in that race as well. In 4wd mod buggy the breakage continued... Nik broke early in the race... In 2wd mod buggy he ended up finishing 5th in the main. Nick mentioned, "My day was a little up and down, just a part of racing I guess." Better luck next time, Nick. You've had some great prior success, it'll come back!
